Why we exist.
How to use this.
Open the Tools tab, find the one you need, click the link. Most are password-protected with the same internal password.
If you need help with one of these tools or aren't sure which to use, ping the owner listed on the card — or ask in the team Slack.
Reports work the same way — open the Reports tab, sort by date or department, click the link.
Have an idea for a tool, report, or improvement? Two paths:
Quick request: message Shane in Slack with what you want to do, and he'll route it. Lightweight, low-overhead — best for ideas you're not sure about yet.
Detailed request: write up the use case, who'd use it, and what it'd replace, and send it. The more detail, the faster it ships.
You don't need to be an engineer to edit these tools — Claude Code does the heavy lifting. You just need the setup.
The full setup guide lives in Notion: Instructions doc →
It covers:
- Installing Homebrew, Node, and Claude Code
- Cloning a project repo from GitHub to your laptop
- Running it locally to test changes
- Pushing changes back so they go live
This page is a living doc — if you hit something the guide doesn't cover, add it.
